Okay, so maybe they aren't exactly family, but if you look really closely, you can see "Peter" and "Jill". (One is at the top of the bottle, and the other is a faint fuzzy image near the bottom.) Garett's class at school hatched a praying mantis nest... then each child received a few to take home. We didn't get them fed yesterday, so lost one of the three we were given. However, today we have been successful at catching two fruit flies and two other small flying insects. Any questions about praying mantises and we might be able to answer... stay tuned for more updates!
