How is it that this little foot has grown enough to wear MY flip-flops out to dinner tonight? And they were only too big if you really looked closely!!
AND NOW, THE REST OF THE STORY...
One pair of his sandals were drying from being mended, the other pair is past the mending point. Since he is "borrowing" grandma's bowling shoes and hiking boots, I told him to try on my flip-flops that were sitting by the door. I knew they would be big, but I didn't think they would fit THAT well! Only about 1/2 inch extra room behind the heel.
