Any normal weekend we try and do a single project but then only typically get only half-way done or just spend the time planning and don't do anything but play with the kids... This weekend was different!
We installed an underground irrigation system in our backyard...
Garett did the dirty work and Emalee kept us on track!
Then I almost finished painting our exterior doors. I still need another coat on one more set of the french doors, but it just got too hot and then rainy! The kids decided to decorate ("paint" with chalk) the inside of their playhouse.
And finally the weekend wasn't yet over so we built a little bench to sit on outside. It was to be for the kids - it's only 11" high, but who knows, it was fairly comfy to have a seat on... might just become our shoe bench to keep those shoes outside! Thank you for the wood Papa!
