ICE CREAM!
Apparently tomorrow (Sunday July 19) is National Ice Cream Day.
I am a sucker for ice cream. Most sites list vanilla and chocolate as the favorites. I don't agree though. My favorites are mint chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough. Offer me a scoop of one of those and chances are I'll take you up on it! No plain, boring vanilla or chocolate for me!!
Although we do make a mean homemade chocolate ice cream... the kids like it plain... the adults like it with chocolate covered heath bar pieces in it. Hmmm, that sounds pretty good... I think we'll make some tomorrow.

Who knew? I'm glad that I have a good excuse to eat ice cream now... I love mint choc. chip too! But it really doesn't matter what kind it is - just about any will do.
